Pay and get Paid!

Paying and Receiving Royalties for Services Rendered

Workeo uses a secure escrow payment system to protect both freelancers and employers throughout the project lifecycle. Our transparent fee structure and milestone-based payments ensure clear expectations and timely compensation for completed work.

  • Setting Up Payment Terms

Defining your project/service expectation as Employer

    • Employers can define clear project milestones with associated payments when creating a project
    • Freelancers can establish standardized service packages with fixed pricing or provide custom quotes
    • Both parties must agree to payment terms before work begins, with all agreements documented within the Workeo platform
  • Managing the Escrow Process

    Setting up a guarantee

    • When a project begins, the employer funds the escrow account for the agreed-upon amount
    • Funds remain securely held by Workeo until the freelancer completes the defined milestones
    • For long-term projects, partial payments can be released upon completion of predetermined milestones
  • Completing Transactions

    Closing a project

    • After submitting work, the freelancer marks the milestone or project as complete
    • The employer reviews the submitted work and approves the payment release
    • Once approved, funds are transferred to the freelancer's Workeo account, with platform fees automatically deducted
    • Freelancers can withdraw their earnings to their connected bank account or payment service at any time
